Dr. Naveen Raj (Physiotherapist)

I had a great experience with Dr. Naveen. I came to him with a laberal tear. When the doctors I consulted before told me that a surgery was imminent, Dr. Naveen said the contrary. He helped alleviate the pain with a combination of physiotherapy and strength training over three months. Throughout the course, he was very patient and worked with me to ensure that the pain reduced. He was also kind enough to help me when I texted him on WhatsApp during outside work hours, when the pain would occur, and he would give me solutions to help reduce the pain. I am really glad Naveen was a my trainer when it came to strength training. His phlegmatic approach and constant supervision not only helped me fix my form but also gave me the encouragement to lift (heavy) weights again - somthing I thought I could not do post my injury. Know that when Dr. Naveen is assigned to you when you visit Arch, you are in good hands.

I had a shoulder dislocation and multiple associated injuries. I was immobilized for 6 weeks post which I had lost range of motion and strength. In the able hands of Dr. Naveen, I did very well and I am on the road to recovery. Dr. Naveen always knows what's best for his patients. He has deep expertise in physiotherapy which helps him tailor the treatment plan as per the patient. He is soft spoken and polite, and always has a calm and composed demeanor

I went to Arch for my Achilles tendon tear post surgery rehab. I took consultation and couple of months of rehab with Dr.Naveen. Initially I went with an air cast, now am in a state to start jogging. The exercises helped to get back the mobility, increase strength and get back the flexibility in the ankle. He helped in releasing the tendon tightness. Would like to Thank him.
